Why should I report an Issue with Magnolia?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Discovery Communications LLC to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The Magnolia Network app doesn't keep me logged in to my Discovery+ account and continuously asks me to start a free trial when I already have the membership w/o a regular log in option.

2. Very frustrating experience trying to shop.It is a little slow to respond to add to my favorites list but I love magnolia!!l enjoy looking at all the wonderful items Magnolia has to offer.

3. I want to be able to show my friends and family about my purchasesI installed the Magnolia App thinking I could watch a few shows with ads, but it turns out that you HAVE to have a Discovery+ subscription to watch anything.

The layout and organizational structure is great, and I know the network is brand new (thus the app is as well), but hopefully there will be an enhancement update to include a way to like one's favorite shows, but also a way to mark which episodes one would like to revisit, and the capability to receive notifications when new episodes of shows favorited are available.

5. Not a good sign that the first thing i try to do doesn't work, so I've uninstalled.I was hoping to have access to MN shows without having to navigate though Discovery+, since MN is basically all I watch on there.

6. Kind of gives me a bad impression of the Magnolia network.Love the app and the features.

1. Fix Magnolia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magnolia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magnolia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magnolia" » Open Magnolia » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magnolia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magnolia app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magnolia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magnolia" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magnolia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magnolia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magnolia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magnolia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magnolia not working

2. Fix Magnolia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magnolia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magnolia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magnolia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
