1. May be an issue in an emergency but not causing me too much of a headache but had to mention in case others cannot live with the delay.notifications doesn't work when you don't use the app for more than 30min, i checked all the permisions and battery options and it doesn't push the notifications if the alarm sounds, so not working as an alarm for home...Good. Easy connection.

5. Edit: Ok...offline issue fixed but now IR filter is always ON and is showing a slight tint of pink color.If I could give it zero stars I would.

8. Can't get help, can't get a refund so pretty much a 50$ paperweight how niceApp continues to crash, and notifications are on but never receive any notifications.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix xiaovv Issues

1. Fix xiaovv Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart xiaovv: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "xiaovv" » Open xiaovv » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for xiaovv » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear xiaovv app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from xiaovv servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "xiaovv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check xiaovv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, xiaovv might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall xiaovv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall xiaovv then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing xiaovv not working


2. Fix xiaovv Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make xiaovv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
