Why should I report an Issue with App Lock Master – Lock Apps & PIN & Pattern Lock?

Norton app lock offers those features and more...It is supposed to keep unwanted eyes from seeing certain things; when it takes awhile to kick in (when u open each app) there's enough time to see (i.e.) your message list and everyone who has sent/received them and a preview of the message..or your email inbox....this COMPLETELY defeats the ENTIRE PURPOSE of installing this app.

Except for its daily maintenance activity to ensure sustained good functionality which is sometimes boring, I still think it deserves a 5-Star rating for excellence.Look, this is a really good app!! I'm impressed! BUT... there is one small issue I have with it... I think it needs a switch to be able to deactivate the app if desired.

3. Whenever my phone is rebooted, nothing is required to get it... no pin, pattern, password or fingerprint and all the apps are accessible.

4. Why can't you do the same? I would also like to be able to add apps, which l have cloned, to my home screen, like you can do with Parallel Space.Not so great.

5. I checked everything including rebooting the phone to see will I be able to bypass and get into apps I have locked.

6. Problem is I was able to uninstall app without being required to enter password, so developer please look into that issue.

7. Only couple things that need to be fixed/added to it.***Clone won't work the cloned apps sit in a loading screen with the app icon and never stops loading.

1. Fix App Lock Master Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart App Lock Master: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App Lock Master App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "App Lock Master" » Open App Lock Master – Lock Apps & PIN & Pattern Lock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for App Lock Master » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear App Lock Master – Lock Apps & PIN & Pattern Lock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from App Lock Master servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "App Lock Master – Lock Apps & PIN & Pattern Lock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check App Lock Master app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, App Lock Master might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall App Lock Master. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall App Lock Master then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing App Lock Master not working

2. Fix App Lock Master Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make App Lock Master be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to App Lock Master not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, App Lock Master may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
