1. I will say, though, the app interface is incredibly simple to navigate, and I don't think I've ever had an issue ordering with the app.Unable to change method of payment once selected.
2. Filed a support ticket with the developer (Loyalty Plant) and received confrontational responses, denying there was an issue in spite of my screenshots and proof of purchase.
3. It took me over 15 mins just to get it set up.The restaurant didn't receive my order on two occassions.
4. Why can't we just order online and it has to be done through this trash a$$ app!The Cleveland, OH location doesn't show up on the app.
5. The poor interface has too many requirements to just place an order.
6. Would not let me place an order and was forcing me to use google pay.
7. It should take less then 3 mins to place an order on the mobile app.
8. The white was much better looking (in my opinion) and I would change this to a 5* review if we could switch between a black and white mode.
9. But a recent update removed the persistence of your name, email, and phone number when ordering.
10. They find it in their print out receipts with my order but not on their computers.
11. I don't know where else to report this technical issue since the app doesn't provide any contact info.
