1. I've used all the other email apps, and they are good... but I keep coming back to Profimail - seems like the developers built in all the updates for the next 30 years for the app!.... other apps seem to always be missing something.

2. if you want multiple accounts and rules to hide/colour/move/make sounds then this is the app! its free?! works and is fast, so far I'm really impressed so much so I looked for the pro version to pay for it! the rules are excellent and I really like the email preview window.

3. Not smart!! Can't select all to delete contents of any folder, instead you must click on each to open then you can hit delete.. Who thought swiping wasnt a good idea??? Uninstalling, unfortunately..I thought this was a good app.

1. Fix ProfiMail Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ProfiMail Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ProfiMail Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ProfiMail Go" » Open ProfiMail Go - email client » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ProfiMail Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ProfiMail Go - email client app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ProfiMail Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ProfiMail Go - email client" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ProfiMail Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ProfiMail Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ProfiMail Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ProfiMail Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ProfiMail Go not working

2. Fix ProfiMail Go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ProfiMail Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ProfiMail Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ProfiMail Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
