eBudde Customer Insights

1. it doesn't have the most intuitive ui, but once you figure it out it's great.made cookie season so much easier....the only thing that I had issues with was during cookie season the digital cookie orders didn't transfer over into the ebudde system and we instead had to rely on parents to give us their digital order information which made it confusing at timesThis app does not work well on a Chromebook.

2. It needs a radio button, graphic or something else to indicate the menu is hiding in the background.I guess it works? You can enter cookies sold but it doesn't talk to digital cookie so you don't know what varieties were sold online.

3. Nothing else, no links, no place to order cookies, nothing.I was only able to login for a few days then I started getting this error message and haven't been able to use it since: API REQUEST FAILED DUE TO: UNDEFINED METHOD 'EACH_WITH_INDEX' FOR NIL: NILCLASS.makes life so much easier.

4. - 6th year cookie chairCookie Exchange doesn't state if troops need or want to get rid of.

5. Navigation is difficult, you have to hunt for things.Cannot switch between 2 troops this cookie season 2023.

6. It doesn't calculate completely until you hit save, varieties from digital cookie are grayed out.

7. This app needs a button/menu for multi troop cookie managers so we can switch between troops.

8. Last season & previous worked just fine.Only one screen comes up in the entire app - just the one to edit your personal info.

9. Booth record doesn't allow you do distribute cookies among girls.

10. Booths tab doesn't go back to previous screen, it takes you all the way back.

11. Online girl delivery does not interact so that whole portion is worthless and adds stress and frustration to everyone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix eBudde Issues

1. Fix eBudde Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart eBudde: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the eBudde App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "eBudde" » Open eBudde™ App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for eBudde » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear eBudde™ App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from eBudde servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "eBudde™ App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check eBudde app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, eBudde might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall eBudde. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall eBudde then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing eBudde not working


2. Fix eBudde Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make eBudde be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to eBudde not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, eBudde may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
