Why should I report an Issue with Life Advisor: Palm Reader, Baby predict&Face aging?

1. This would be a great app if they didn't try to hit you up first for money dang shame they spent all that time developing it and then letting money go right out the door but not allowing a sample they want us to pay for a free trial.

2. Love the possibilities! Neat app, BUT... The free trial has to be paid for in order to use it, so just keep hitting the back button and the app gives options of trying it out without the credit card info it wants if you agree to sign up for the free trial.

3. You can still check out some features for free but it requires you share your results to get a one time free deal.Don't even bother getting this app unless you are willing to pay $35/ month.

7. and how generalized was that?!? everything else says "failed to access..." So much for full access! Well, I can see where this is headed.Rip off! Scam!This app is a total scam, it says you can cancel anytime and you can't cancel.

8. Uninstalling after having it on my phone for literally 2 minutes.Neither the Baby Predict feature or the Aging feature will not work if you or your partner are wearing glasses.

9. 🥱😐😕 I don't recommend anyone downloading unless of an update..."Free" to download.

10. You can't access anything unless you sign up for the trial or pay for it.

11. I expect an app that says Free to be Free to use for at least SOME things.

1. Fix Life Advisor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Life Advisor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Life Advisor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Life Advisor" » Open Life Advisor: Palm Reader, Baby predict&Face aging » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Life Advisor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Life Advisor: Palm Reader, Baby predict&Face aging app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Life Advisor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Life Advisor: Palm Reader, Baby predict&Face aging" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Life Advisor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Life Advisor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Life Advisor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Life Advisor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Life Advisor not working

2. Fix Life Advisor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Life Advisor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Life Advisor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Life Advisor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
