Now if I can only upload my content!I have the v40 thin q and I should be able to make all the crazy videos I want but when I try to click on something it will put spazz out and have it all over the place.I have not actually tried it out yet and I don't like it already, I had to work back my birthday year by 2 years at a time because it uses the calendar not just let you type it inTerrible.

3. would have been nice to see the developer resond to one of these posts.Good idea but it doesn't work...the "add" button reacts to me touching it but nothing happens.

4. All I see is a green cube and nothing happens when I click it.items selected don't always come up, record feature not working properly, it starts to record and freezes up.

1. Fix Leo AR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Leo AR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Leo AR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Leo AR" » Open Leo AR - Augmented Reality Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Leo AR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Leo AR - Augmented Reality Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Leo AR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Leo AR - Augmented Reality Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Leo AR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Leo AR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Leo AR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Leo AR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Leo AR not working

2. Fix Leo AR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Leo AR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Leo AR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Leo AR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
