3. After I sent back feedback, the following update included the notification for SOS, location, and messages from my son's watch.
4. Inwill wait a few more days before returning it back to vendor.It was working all fine for short while and now the video call, voice chat and uploading of photos not working.
5. I also see that the watch I purchased is no longer offered on Amazon.Frustrating. It's difficult to use and difficult to set up.I figured out very easily how to power down the watch when it is in disable power down mode.
6. My wife gets power on/off notifications, SOS messages, and notifications whenever our son sends a message.
7. The app is decent, you can get fairly accuret location of your child, the sound quality of calls is great, it doesn't lose signal, app has decent options.
8. The location tracking can be wonky, and you have to wait at least 2 minutes after hitting refresh to have an accurate reading, but the tracking history shown in the app is correct for the most part.
9. So from the watch, i was able to caall random number, say local Target store.
10. Reinstall app, allowed all permissions and also factory reseting the watch all failed to get it to work.
11. Would need to reset (format), whilst you lost all the photos taken, there is no option to backup your voice chat and voice recorded.This is incredibly frustrating.
I cannot log in into Leefine under administrator account and cannot change any settings. Recovery by my email allows to log in under different account, not administrator. How to recover administrator account?
Leefine app is nor working, it doesn’t allow video calls. Only regular phone call is possible. Could you please advise ASAP?
App is not working, watch is connected but it's only call option is working rest all not working. Location, contact add on non of the options work app and watch not syncing data

I am an admin for the Leefine app for my kids watch. But once I logged out, I cannot get in anymore. Probably I made a mistake trying to register once again, now it is messed up with my email and tel. nr. (Also, appears it is not recognising my tel number if I use it without Country Code). I need to get in with my original admin account, as I need to delete some ex-family members from my kids watch so they can not see my kids location.

When I download Leefine app I can't create my account, I can't register to the app. I agree with privacy policy and when mobile phone screenshot becomes black. When I opening downloaded Leefine app the screenshot is black and in the middle I can see only icon of Leefine. I can't do anything more.

I have the EmojiSmart watch and the Leefine app on my phone. This is the 3rd time that the app has just kicked me out (no reason) and refuses to let me back in. When I do the verification code reset it always tells me Invalid and takes 2-3 days before it lets me reset. So do I need to cancel and delete this app and choose a different smartwatch service. It is frustrating and makes no sense why it random keeps kicking me out. Thank you.

Hello, today we bought a leefine q23 smart whach that was used by another child. After connecting to the leefine app, the watch shows the old profile as admin. After the sale, the person no longer remembers which e-mail they used to log in and no longer knows how to disconnect the device from their leefine account. Please help to disconnect the device so that we could use the device normally. I can send you all imei and key and next information that youneed to return the device to the first settings.
