1. Great for visual learners and pairs well as a supplement to other apps lije duolingo.It's a good app if you have money to invest on it, if you do I think it's worth it.

2. Starting up is slow, switching to scan is slow and starting the camera is slow.I find this really refreshing, way to learn another language and the flash cards and games make you think fast .

3. I am losing my hearing though and this app doesn't have a volume adjustment so it speaks pretty low with no ways of turning up volume.There should be a variation in Spanish and English language just like in Portuguese,➡ Brazilian and Portugal.

4. I just realized going through my email that I paid at least a year of subscription passed when I stopped using the app, and I got this email from Google Play.

5. It would be really helpful honestly!The language learning itself is nice, but they don't warn you about the payment for a new subscription.

1. Fix FlashAcademy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlashAcademy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlashAcademy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlashAcademy" » Open FlashAcademy® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlashAcademy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlashAcademy® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlashAcademy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlashAcademy®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlashAcademy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlashAcademy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlashAcademy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlashAcademy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlashAcademy not working

2. Fix FlashAcademy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlashAcademy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlashAcademy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlashAcademy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
