1. However I'm hugely disappointed to find after I paid to remove the watermark and downloaded the video, that the captions flash in and out of the video rapidly, making it difficult to read and which defeats the purpose of having captions.

2. With any vertical video that has been through AutoCap, I try to put it on Instagram as a Reel, but it is distorted into a horizontal video.Sometimes the app works great, gets the transcript 90% correct and I only have to make minor adjustments.

1. Fix AutoCap Captions Teleprompter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AutoCap Captions Teleprompter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AutoCap Captions Teleprompter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AutoCap Captions Teleprompter" » Open AutoCap Captions Teleprompter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AutoCap Captions Teleprompter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AutoCap Captions Teleprompter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AutoCap Captions Teleprompter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AutoCap Captions Teleprompter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AutoCap Captions Teleprompter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AutoCap Captions Teleprompter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AutoCap Captions Teleprompter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AutoCap Captions Teleprompter then reinstall.
