At this point if neither of these things are fixed, I will be uninstalling.I am having the same issue, after I install the software I place my email address followed by clicking get started, but it does not progress past the loading icon.. hopefully this will be fixed asap or else I will have to subscribe to a different app.Gud effort and start up....but needs lot of improvement to make it simpler to use ...it has so many features but also many keys....instead should have less navigational keys to jump to different menu....Another thing that can be improved is color combination..Avoid this app, its useless, no customer service.

2. They are super helpful and super quick to help with the needed fix.I just started using this app and found it's UX extremely amazing and user friendly, content on parenting is great and making custody schedule is super easy and helpful with various options of custody templates.

3. Also be able to keep track of calls.Just downloaded this coparenting app, found extremely useful and Parenting content and it's custody calendar templates is cool.

4. Disappointing because I like this idea of this app.Downloaded app, pressed get started, was asked what Google account to use, selected it, got the please wait message, then nothing happened.

5. Please fix that issue.When I select my email account, it says 'please wait' and then returns to the 'get started' button.

6. But seriously avoid this app.I absolutely cannot generate a custom custody schedule because when I try setting up the start and end times I her an ""invalid days selected " message.

7. Tried several times, forced closed, can't get farther than that.Great app!! 5 stars if video call feature was added.

8. It just gives access to the kids calendar and does not actually invite them to be a coparent.

9. So it's an endless loop of 'get started' and 'please wait'.

10. It was working fine and then 5 minutes later, it says to check my internet connection.

1. Fix Parentship Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parentship: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parentship App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parentship" » Open Parentship - co-parenting App! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parentship » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parentship - co-parenting App! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parentship servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parentship - co-parenting App!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parentship app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parentship might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parentship. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parentship then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parentship not working

2. Fix Parentship Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parentship be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parentship not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parentship may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
