1. I have also discovered the software won't connect to the lock unless the PHONE is on wifi! I cannot connect to the lock when I am using data over the cell network.
2. Also, it strangely shows the wifi signal on the lock as having weak strength when it was strong on the previous version.
3. 3-6 minutes turned into 15 and it didn't finish.I have now owned this lock and used the app for about 2 years, and it worked well until about 2 months ago (once I fought through the setup).
4. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, got it up & running, but no luck connecting via Bluetooth ... So, I clear storage & cache, restart the phone, & finally get it to connect with Bluetooth.
5. The lock codes did not appear at first, but I have it a while and eventually everything returned as before, and all seems to be working.Definite improvements in the app UI and lock operations.
6. We have stopped using the lock electronically and are trying to find a good replacement.
7. It's almost like the access codes are stored on the phones and not the lock themselves.
8. Received a replacement lock and it connected and works.
9. I did have frequent disconnects and slow responses and horrible battery life with the previous version.
10. It just spins for a few minutes, then says it can't be done. This has to be one of the most frustrating apps ever, won't connect no matter what especially when upgrading routers.
11. Only one device (one used with Bluetooth pair) shows access codes.
