Why should I report an Issue with AllCast?

1. Sometimes i'm 30 minutes into a good movie and I can't finish it.Works great for almost anything, but if you have an Xbox... Download it! All movies that I have on my phone, whether downloaded or from an movie app I've downloaded from the internet, you can easily cast your movies to the big screen.

2. If I have to buy full version of this, I'd rather pay $25 for Chromecast and not to worry shut commercials, etcSolved a huge Smartphone/Roku lag problem! Since I switched to a Roku TV, I could no longer cast from my Samsung Galaxy S10 using smart view to the TV without lag and skips every few seconds- even when I switched to a gigabit fiber optic connection! That's when I knew I had to find a fix.

3. This is would be a great enhancement (even it were only available in the premium version) as many people turn their phones sideways when recording to get a wide view of the area.I paid for the premium service and it worked perfectly for 1 day.

4. Someone on Reddit suggested this app, and low and behold, it actually worked like a charm- I'm back to casting again! The ads on my phone are non intrusive, but I'll likely go pro soon after a few more tests.App runs well.. Only problem is that IT WON'T LET ME FAST-FORWARD.

5. The only issue that I have ran I to is that if a video was record in landscape mode, (meaning the phone was turned sideways during the recording) the TV does not auto rotate the image on the tv to landscape.

6. If you don't it will drain your phone's battery completely dead (even when your phone screen is off and your not using the app!) in 6 hours.

7. I couldn't normally shut down my phone because none of the onscreen buttons were visible.

8. I was near the end of a movie and I all of a sudden lost "connection".. so i had to restart the movie, and it wouldn't let me fast forward to where I left off.

9. I will ammend this review should I get adequate tech support from the developer.Horrible! Zero Stars! Do not download.

10. I'm leery of paying 5 bucks when I'm not sure if it's a workable solution.It is a very easy to use app, and one of the few that I have found that work with the Insigina Fire TV.

1. Fix AllCast Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AllCast: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AllCast App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AllCast" » Open AllCast » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AllCast » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AllCast app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AllCast servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AllCast" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AllCast app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AllCast might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AllCast. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AllCast then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AllCast not working

2. Fix AllCast Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AllCast be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AllCast not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AllCast may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
