Why should I report an Issue with Reklaim?

1. It has been buggy for the last few months.It's not a bad little app actually, I haven't spent any money or Upgraded to anything higher then just the basic "Free" Membership that they start you out with about 3 months ago and literally just let the app run in the background, (with the few exceptions of checking how many points I had accumulated by just sharing my data and answering a few couple question surveys) and yeah a few months later I just redeemed 1,500 points for a Visa gift card! The simplicity of "Reklaim" is great! I love it!I love what they are doing, actually giving you something in return for the data they receive, as it should with all enterprises.

2. It takes a long time to build up $10, the polls are almost non existent and there needs to be much more transparency involving multiple data points with cost based analysis built in and organized chronologically.

3. With all the bonuses and intro rewards, it took 8 months to get to the minimal $5 gift card.it took me so long to get the $5 to cash out the Amazon gift card and I was actually saving for the $10 PayPal.

4. Anyway, I sign up for everything else they have and in turn, I can maybe cash out a $10 gift card every few months.

5. If there is a survey, then the app has a tendency to freeze or crash.Apparently, my data is only worth about $10 every three months or so.

6. It takes so long to load one tab to the next from time to time and lastly, there is no longer a good amount of surveys.

7. When I go back to the app it is still asking me to verify my email.. I mean why is this app having so much difficulty with logins and verifications ?? These are basic things that you do in practically every single app, yet this one cannot seem to get any of it correct.

8. You still get free money from your data and the new added premium options are pretty good.

9. I added the browser extension and entered my code, but I keep having to re-enter it constantly and they keep sending me reminders to download and add it.

10. It's the only one I've been able to redeem anything from.TLDR: GOOD IDEA POOR EXECUTION.

11. After the rebrand the app feels kind of clunky and it's less visually appealing; the rebrand really felt like a lateral move.

1. Fix Reklaim Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reklaim: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reklaim App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reklaim" » Open Reklaim » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reklaim » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reklaim app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reklaim servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reklaim" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reklaim app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reklaim might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reklaim. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reklaim then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reklaim not working

2. Fix Reklaim Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reklaim be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reklaim not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reklaim may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
