1. I changed it and still nothing but an error message that said "an error has occurred." Checked with a friend who has this on an iphone and no issues for them, maybe Android app is neglectedThis app used to be great for ordering ahead/rewards perks but a couple of months ago, I noticed that certain menu options were not appearing in the app for my location.
2. The menu is also very non-intuitive, and it would benefit the addition of a small notes field (i.e. users can put 'less toppings' or allergy info).Since day 1 (about a year ago), always ready on time, correct order, superb service.
3. Thanks for reading.My orders never go through when I try ordering ahead - it will display an error and tell you to check back later, but if you opt to leave the page, there's no way to check your order if it errors out.
4. This happened twice with two different email addresses, I thought it could be on my end the first time so I changed the password in case someone else had signed up using my email, I got the welcome email and all emails to change my password after putting in the request.
5. My last email discount did not even work.This app not only shows you a visual of the products offered but does so in a very Aesthetically pleasing way that's easy on the eyes as its not too bright for the most part.
6. I just realized that an order that came up as an error and I redid from the other day charged my friggin card twice.
7. The app has come a long way as far as what devices it works on (tablet resolution is as fluid as the phone) Only thing I'd say would be better, is better menu experience when mobile ordering.
8. If you take too long to order on the order page the time will not update and you will have to start over.
9. The notification is telling you to check your email to follow a link to enter your email.
10. Words are easy to read, menu is easy to navigate, BUT I wish they listed the calories on the app as they do on the website.
