2. If i had to ask a feature to add, it would be to have "Top Words from each user" or their "catchphrase".Chat Stats is a well-designed app for tracking WhatsApp chat statistics.

4. If the time settings of the device that exports the chat is in 12 hour format, whatsapp sets the time of messages in AM/PM format.

1. Fix Chat Stats Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chat Stats: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chat Stats App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chat Stats" » Open Chat Stats for WhatsApp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chat Stats » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chat Stats for WhatsApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chat Stats servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chat Stats for WhatsApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chat Stats app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chat Stats might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chat Stats. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chat Stats then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chat Stats not working
