1. The app shouldnt lock apps it should conceal them so that people dont know they existVery bad experience.i literally hate this app I've lost all my photos and videos and all the memories with my friends.. and I've written to the app manager.,and very unfortunately I'm not getting any help from them .The app is full of bugs .

2. all the other lock apps don't have the uninstall function so that people can't just uninstall it without knowing what your password is to uninstall it.Very waste dumb app.

3. It's my sincere request please take up my issue and provide an solution...best concept, but the worse app ever! It suppose to allow u to individually lock whatever apps you want in your phone but it doesn't lock anything.

4. If some one presses ok, the home button pops up if you tap behind the home button the app is accessible and the lock doesnt work The hacking features are ok but who would think to slide the ok left or right to put in a password that is incorrect in the first place.

5. I'll suggest you people to choose other app over this one, this app is veryy annoying.Well I've lost them when i was trying to restore them back to my gallery.. there is no any option to restore your photos or videos.As of today 7/16/21 this app actually locks your apps.

6. It says the apps are locked once u go into the settings but any and everyone can go in your "locked" apps without a pin or code as if there's no type of lock at all.

7. It's been years since I wrote about my issue regarding the app that there is no forgot password option!! For past 3 years I'm trying to the app but I couldn't open it since I have forgotten my password, I wrote an mail regarding the issue for help , until now I didn't get any response abt the issue .

1. Fix AppLock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AppLock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AppLock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AppLock" » Open AppLock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AppLock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AppLock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AppLock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AppLock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AppLock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AppLock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AppLock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AppLock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AppLock not working

2. Fix AppLock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AppLock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AppLock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AppLock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
