Seattle, Washington!Excellent station and brilliant music but has started buffering recently and now doesn't play.

Curated music is no doubt good, but buffering is too much.Exceptionally well curated music for the Jazz aficionado and also for listeners wanting to discover this wonderful genre.The app doesn't stream well over WiFi in android pie (it's fine with oreo though) - too many breaks even though I have a good connection speed.. Works fine over mobile data as well on both oreo and pie.

1. Fix Jazz24 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jazz24: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jazz24 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jazz24" » Open Jazz24: Streaming Jazz 24/7 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jazz24 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jazz24: Streaming Jazz 24/7 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jazz24 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jazz24: Streaming Jazz 24/7" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jazz24 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jazz24 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jazz24. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jazz24 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jazz24 not working

2. Fix Jazz24 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jazz24 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jazz24 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jazz24 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
