1. The scoring is also terrible,it also makes the students have to reach the goal score of 100% which wastes time that could be used on other assignments.( The scoring also decreases if you get an answer incorrect) An assignment that would take 5-10 minutes to do takes almost an hour to finish.

2. I would rather use a different app for learning.Ixl is trash, it causes a lot of stress and I don't like how it decreases your score score if you get one wrong it is awful for student trying to practice if they're trying to get smart score 100.

Get rid of it, or at least fix itThe only problem, calling the points smart points, and drawing points more than you give you which can be seen as daunting and discouraging, also when they explain things they don't make it simple for everyone to understand and uses complicated terms, and this is usually paired with being vague.

4. The only pro is it gives you practice, but other than that the rest is just garbage and frustratingThe app overall sucks and doesn't motivate students to do their work.

5. I know it's suppose to get harder at the end so that IXL can test our knownlegdge and how well we do know it but that just makes it harder for people like me to make a 100 on the assignment.The app is not very good.

6. The point system is really messed up and they changed the levels to letters which I find hard to navigate.

7. Though this may be easy for the teachers during quarantine,it is hard for the students because,they aren't able to finish all assignmentsIt's honestly annoying as hell.

8. It sounds fine, but it's terrible in my opinion.I can't think of very many things that make me want to throw my Chromebook across the classroom but this is up there.

1. Fix IXL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IXL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IXL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IXL" » Open IXL » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IXL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IXL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IXL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IXL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IXL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IXL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IXL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IXL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IXL not working

2. Fix IXL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IXL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IXL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IXL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
