Anime Amaze Customer Insights
1. I've watched a couple shows where there's a random episode from a completely different show in place of 1 of the episodes.This is my favorite anime streaming app so far and it has a wide selection of shows to watch and the fact that it only has one ad at the beggining of an episode and no others is amazing.
2. The problem is the fact it doesn't load when I open up the app! It's hella annoying! Also what update is everyone talking about? If that's the cause of the app buffering, then I'm dropping the rating.This app has pretty much all the anime that you could want, even the really obscure anime that not a lot people know about.
3. Besides this the only issue I have is that the app moved my anime list around once the app got an update and now all the series are in different places than before.I've used this for a while, and frankly I really want to use if for a long time ahead.
4. I can see a show on the recent update list and when I go to search for the dubbed version not only does that version not show up, it frequently doesn't even show the sub version despite it being on the update or trending list.
5. Just please try and fix the ad loading process so it doesn't bug out.The app is fairly good with the library of anime, with old and more recent shows.
6. But ONE MAIN PROBLEM I do have with the app however is that regardless of changing the default quality settings from 360p to 1080p(or hell, even 720p), IT ALWAYS STAYS AT 360p! Idk if it's just me dealing with the issue, but I would hope that it would get fixed soon.this app is amazing.
7. 3-4 minutes into episode, ad! If you want all your loyal patrons to uninstall the app permanently, you are heading in the right direction! Stop the nonsense, and over abundance of ads!Well, while I like the app and all, it's beginning to get annoying.
8. Also, don't try to leave the app and come back to it several minutes later because the app will refuse to open except only for ads.I love the app and have used multiple of the past versions, except ads won't always load right and I'll have to close it, reload it, sometimes go through the same process until it ends up working.
9. This app is the first one I found that doesn't bore me from so many adds or it taking long to load.
10. I've been using it since it was the watch anime app.
11. Not only that, but they have dedicated servers for those anime, so it's a nice little bonus.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Anime Amaze Issues
1. Fix Anime Amaze Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Anime Amaze: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Anime Amaze App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anime Amaze" » Open Anime Amaze : Watch Anime AniA » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anime Amaze » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Anime Amaze : Watch Anime AniA app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anime Amaze servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anime Amaze : Watch Anime AniA" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Anime Amaze app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anime Amaze might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Anime Amaze. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anime Amaze then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anime Amaze not working
2. Fix Anime Amaze Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anime Amaze be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anime Amaze not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anime Amaze may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Anytime i click on the app it takes me to account status pending and gives me 3 options to validate my account meanwhile my account has been validated for a long time and I have been using the app to watch anime.

Dear Team,
Its my second time writing to you guys. Because I haven't received any reply on the previous mail. It regarding the issue with the application anime amaze. It was working fine until i recently updated it. Now it got stuck on the loading page and won't move to the next page. It is not loading after 1%. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible. So I can enjoy it once more. And as you know next episode of One Piece is coming tomorrow. So i hope you will notice my complain and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
