Can you fix this problem pls.When i open the app it tell me to Update And i press "update" and it move me to Google play and there is no "update" button "uninstall" and "open" only pls tell me what i do.its a good app the only problem is that sometimes it crashes and stops for no reason .. i hope u fix it soonReally love this app.. I dont have to pay for monthly fee.. All I have to expense is my internet connection..My problem is that it starts then a message box pops out saying that Star cinema has stopped working.

2. that's app srz awesome Very organized, beautiful design, fast, few ads, you can find the latest episodes and films shortly it's great 😊🖤🖤 hope u try itThe application is very wonderful and there are all series and movies and in all languages such as Netflix and there is another feature that you can add the series or movie that you want it is really good💜💜💜🙏Downloaded app, it was not in English.

3. The ads are annoying however the ads are just their before the movie / series begins so it don't necessarily bother your tv time, the movies and series does run smoothly.

4. Sometimes not all is available however its a good app even if the subtitles not entirely in English.that's app is awesome I've been looking for an app not like Netflix by money .

5. Only one bad thing sometimes app suddenly stopped i dont know why.it shows Unfortunatly star cinema has stopped.

6. I advise all fans of movies and series to download it.

1. Fix Star Cinema Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Star Cinema: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Star Cinema App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Star Cinema" » Open Star Cinema » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Star Cinema » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Star Cinema app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Star Cinema servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Star Cinema" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Star Cinema app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Star Cinema might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Star Cinema. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Star Cinema then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Star Cinema not working

2. Fix Star Cinema Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Star Cinema be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Star Cinema not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Star Cinema may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
