1. 5 stars when this is sorted out.This can be a bit glitchy with the document camera at tmes, but overall, it is a life saver! Fairly easy to use and a big help in the classroom.it needs whiteboard to connect to my document camera but whiteboard apps not compatible with my Android version! whiteboard apps last update was 2014!!Only connects to mobile phone or tablet camera not microscope or digital camera features??Ipevo v4k camera not working on Adroid... The camera v4k shows on windows but not showing on android devicesi love it cuse it help with my kidsFor web version .

2. However, the pc client (on Windows 10) is not finding my phone/tablet running the app (yes, all on the same network)? It works with the built-in labtop camera and the attached USB camera.

1. Fix IPEVO Visualizer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IPEVO Visualizer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IPEVO Visualizer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IPEVO Visualizer" » Open IPEVO Visualizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IPEVO Visualizer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IPEVO Visualizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IPEVO Visualizer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IPEVO Visualizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IPEVO Visualizer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IPEVO Visualizer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IPEVO Visualizer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IPEVO Visualizer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IPEVO Visualizer not working

2. Fix IPEVO Visualizer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IPEVO Visualizer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IPEVO Visualizer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IPEVO Visualizer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
