1. There is an issue with saving a picture of a band and inputting info like date and time smoked and not being able to scroll down to the save button to save information, likewise with tasting notes and rating a cigar you can't scroll down to see the text being inputted or saving that as well.

2. Install if you like losing notes on an entire history of cigars.Everything worked great until they updated and then I lost everything including my humidors, a couple of hundred cigars, and all of my journal entries/notes.

3. And the company listens and fixes issue.Great overall app, helps me catalog different cigars, but there are some bugs that are really annoying that keep this app from being 5 stars.

4. The ability to identify a cigar by picture has worked pretty well, but there have been some cigars it could not ID such as some warfighter cigars.

5. Since that is gone I'm deleting this app.I have been using the app for close to a year now and it has worked for me to keep track of what I have tried and what I have on hand.

6. It should, and at top of list so that i can change the number of cigars right then I'd also like to be able to "store" the new cigar in multiple locations all at once.

7. I've extended my usage of this app, it now includes my 7 humidors, 1100 cigars inventory, and the 81 different types of cigars plus ratings I have tried in the last 4 months.

8. i put all cigars ive bought/smoked in the journal and leave them there, then keep actual inventory in humidor.

1. Fix Cigar Scanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cigar Scanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cigar Scanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cigar Scanner" » Open Cigar Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cigar Scanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cigar Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cigar Scanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cigar Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cigar Scanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cigar Scanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cigar Scanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cigar Scanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cigar Scanner not working

2. Fix Cigar Scanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cigar Scanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cigar Scanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cigar Scanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
