1. Not being able to select climate settings on remote start is a huge negative, and my God, this app will never update the status screen.

2. There's also no way to activate the seat heaters which is my biggest complaint.App work to reasonably well up until the most recent update, wearing the remote start won't work properly anymore.

3. My hyundai in 2013 had a better app than thisWorks good most of the time, instead of telling me my door is unlocked, why doesn't it just lock it? Like it's supposed to when I walk away, if it doesn't, the app notices the car is unlocked and not on and the key isn't near the car it should just lock and send a notification that the car was locked instead of having to manually lock it.

4. The motivation for leaving this review, is that as of last week, all of a sudden the remote start doesn't work(Yes I cleared the cache).

5. Ever since the most recent update the button to start my car remotely is completely useless, it doesn't even respond when I click it.

6. Maybe remote viewing of the vehicle cameras? How about showing me my model car and color in the app when it opens? This has a lot of potential, but truthfully, the subscription is really just for remote start.

10. Unfortunately, I have not had any luck with the schedule service option, it tells you when your doors are unlocked, as opposed to just locking them(I have my Mazda set to lock the doors when I walk away).

1. Fix MyMazda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyMazda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyMazda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyMazda" » Open MyMazda » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyMazda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyMazda app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyMazda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyMazda" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyMazda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyMazda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyMazda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyMazda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyMazda not working

2. Fix MyMazda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyMazda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyMazda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyMazda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
