Why should I report an Issue with Speed test - Speed Test Master?

7. UNINSTALLED (after using this for over three years now)The ad's on this app force open your app store especially with the TikTok ads (I literally did not touch the screen) and then when you switch back to the app you have to watch another.

8. I hold down the notification on my screen and it gives me the option to "not show this type of notification." But they never stop.

9. The ads appear after EVERY test and they are full page overriding ones which you would need to "click" out of to get back to the "app".

10. Pop ups videos that don't let you use your phone for several seconds at a time, plus embedded ads on every page, plus confusing 1/2 screen ads that interrupt.

1. Fix Speed test Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Speed test: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Speed test App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Speed test" » Open Speed test - Speed Test Master » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Speed test » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Speed test - Speed Test Master app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Speed test servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Speed test - Speed Test Master" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Speed test app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Speed test might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Speed test. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Speed test then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Speed test not working

2. Fix Speed test Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Speed test be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Speed test not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Speed test may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
