Why should I report an Issue with InCar - CarPlay for Android?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Insappia to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Shame...ive seen better free apps, this is very limited, no where does it say that you need pro version to customize app! why would any one using this as Android Auto want Instagram access while driving along with Facebook, only maps, handsfree calls and music should be available.

2. If you want to have true CarPlay, you'll need to either buy a CarPlay head unit, get a CarPlay dongle that works on Android head units, possible tablets and phones too.

3. I have an Android phone and wanted to use this as my Toyota OEM head unit only support Apple Carplay.

4. No tie in to music apps, no dialer, and no settings options apart from a slider that changes the icons from Android style spheres to Apple style boxes.

5. I'm not sure if you are trying to deliberately deceive people or it's simply the language barrier, but make sure to simply explain in the description that this is a launcher, nothing more.This app doesn't work it only shows me my phone in a weird game.

My phone is the LG V20.Or out car play...why not sell the app as it is rather than having folk think it's an infotainment plug-in, you may get more stars from users that way, for all I know the app could be great but since it was a lead to the quite opposite to what folk are actually looking for...I d'know...deception never works, always makes you look bad.

1. Fix InCar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InCar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InCar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InCar" » Open InCar - CarPlay for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InCar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InCar - CarPlay for Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InCar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InCar - CarPlay for Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InCar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InCar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InCar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InCar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InCar not working

2. Fix InCar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InCar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InCar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InCar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
