Why should I report an Issue with LiveBoard: Online Whiteboard?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of LiveBoard LLC to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I've chosen the latter.if the i can select pen color by just one click like what in microsoft white board it would be better.now I have to click then select color .every time this is little bit pain as we change pen color very frequentlyIt is the most wonderful app..... Am using it for a longer period but sad part is its askkiing for 11000 for an year which is not affordable.

2. Also, it would be nice if keyboard functions (like ctrl + z to undo) would work on the board.Previous version very comfortable to use , I want to back the old version, please.

3. The updated version is worst now.. Previous version was having so much of space n it was quite comfortable to use... Removing the features for every update is not right thing from my point of view .

4. Not recommended for coding interview practice which requires visualizing and demonstrating code walk-throughs and concepts.The free version used to be good but it is now unusable.

5. Adding a mute all and mute some feature on the control pannel of the host would greatly improve online teaching experience when many students are involved.I use it to do online classes.

6. New version have less space, not slides change tab, please change the tools on left side , 🙏Can't move/group the text or drawings around.

7. So your choice is cough up £120 a year for the premium version (read: a version that works) or delete the app.

1. Fix LiveBoard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LiveBoard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LiveBoard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LiveBoard" » Open LiveBoard: Online Whiteboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LiveBoard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LiveBoard: Online Whiteboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LiveBoard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LiveBoard: Online Whiteboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LiveBoard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LiveBoard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LiveBoard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LiveBoard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LiveBoard not working

2. Fix LiveBoard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LiveBoard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LiveBoard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LiveBoard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
