1. Well, after i updated the app and each of my cameras, nothing works! I have a bunch of paperweights now and can't reverse the update.This is terrible.. I cant even add a camera.. the second I click add it breaks down and my phone is forced to shut the app down... This is the back up app for the regular app? What a terrible company... This camera was a gift for me but its turning out to be a nightmare.the sd card play back function is useless.

2. If you view a recording from earlier and then whilst watching you click next video it takes you to the latest video recording.Broke after update!! All three of my cameras no longer work after the update.

3. If the user didn't see this Confirmation Dialog, he hasn't truly told the app to quit.Not good, this app uses more power than my Samsung fast charger can push in, I have various apps for video and it's the only one that does it.

4. In order truly to quit the app, the Command-Menu needs to be clicked, which is a List-Button in the upper-right-hand-corner Of The Home-Screen of the app, and then Quit needs to be clicked, after which the app will show a Confirmation Dialog, whether the user truly wants to Quit.

5. Costing me 4GB in one night, or 50 Euros in data costs.... Thanks Ifcam!I noticed the update for the app and also noticed an update available for my cameras through the app itself.

6. Also if you minimise the app then reopen you get a black screen for the video and have to go back and select the camera again.The app, since shortly, keeps running in the background.

7. I have even tried to reset all of them and nothing!! DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.DO NOT UPDATE! ALL MY CAMERAS BROKE AFTER UPDATE.

1. Fix ifcam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ifcam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ifcam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ifcam" » Open ifcam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ifcam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ifcam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ifcam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ifcam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ifcam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ifcam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ifcam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ifcam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ifcam not working

2. Fix ifcam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ifcam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ifcam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ifcam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
