Especially when drive is taking over every company in the area and they are the only ones you can book with SHOCKINGThe apps great, and 9 times out of 10 I dont have a issue, the only time I cant get a taxi is when I'm on kingswood, the job gets accepted then sent back, the drivers don't like coming this way, and it's getting to the point where I'm waiting 45 mins after I've booked the taxi to actually get a driver, so if your on kingswood don't bother, everywhere else is fine.

2. I downloaded this app as soon as I was told about it & have experienced no issues with it, I use it every morning/afternoon to book a taxi to work.. I can see where the car is which comes in very handy & it also alerts me beforehand how long/far away the driver is, giving me time to get belongings together.. something the old app never did.My old card has expired so I need to add a new one.

3. I've just used the app for the first time and expected it to work in a similar way to another on-demand taxi app - prompt me to tip the driver after the journey.

6. I just know in the evenings you never get a taxi via this because there's hardly anyone driver available one thing is they mark themselves as arrived when they haven't and you get charged more.

7. My journey going back the opposite way should have been £8 but it was £8.60My first time in Hull, no Ubers! The Drive taxis provided top notch coverage and services so that I felt confident and comfortable.

8. When you do manage to actually book the job you've been attempting to book for the past 10 or 15 mins you get sent 3 drivers and charged 3 times!!!!! It really is a joke and seriously needs fixing.

9. Keep randomly getting pop ups saying 'something went wrong' after booking a taxi.

11. I'm giving 4 stars just because the App kept getting my precise home location wrong yet there's no option to edit my pickup location by shifting the pin on the app (this is possible with Uber).

1. Fix Drive Taxis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drive Taxis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drive Taxis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drive Taxis" » Open Drive Taxis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drive Taxis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drive Taxis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drive Taxis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drive Taxis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drive Taxis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drive Taxis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drive Taxis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drive Taxis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drive Taxis not working
