1. Be prepared for: items missing from your order that you paid for but did not receive; substitutions for items that don't make any sense; orders that aren't ready until almost two hours after the time slot that you selected in the app (hope you didn't have to drive very far!); Extremely difficult time trying to add things to your order- better get it right the first time! Many more, but only get 500 characters..The app hasn't even been able to open for at least a month.
2. This has been occurring for weeks.Lost my time slot and cart because the website kept crashing while trying to order groceries (got to the checkout step and then kept getting errors).
3. Had to contact customer service to find out the account is locked for 45 minutes due to failed attempts to login, which is absurd because I had the right password! We'll see if it works be reinstalling the app and trying again.
4. When I search for common food items, it repeatedly says "Oops." Sometimes it will randomly find the item seconds later.
5. We end up getting text after text! You can't narrow down the deals lists into just the sections you want, and it randomly decides you've gone far enough down the list and sends you back to the top.
6. Trying to help a family member get coupons and order food.
7. Won't load login.I deleted this app months ago as it wasn't working properly.
8. The search is marginally useful, there are few filtering options, and most aggravating is that to see a sale price, I have to go to a completely different website, look up the price, and then come back.
9. Disappointing and a waste of space on the phone - better off using the browser and going on the site instead.Every update makes it worse.
10. I thought that my card may have had a hold on it as the payment wasn't going through, so I tried another card.
11. I much prefer to do my grocery shopping at a quasi-local market, but this app is complete garbage.I've used this app for grocery pickup four times, and only had one good experience.
