8. EDIT: Same thing happens on the website, doesn't anyone QA test anymore??The redesign is great on nearly every level.

9. If it allows you to pick another time (not always the case) you might have to bump your delivery time up by several hours.Won't allow me to log in or upgrade.

10. I try to upgrade/migrate my account, which is another option, and I get a message saying my email has already being used.

11. I also got an error saying I couldn't get delivery the one time I tried.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Blaze Pizza Issues

1. Fix Blaze Pizza Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Blaze Pizza: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Blaze Pizza App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Blaze Pizza" » Open Blaze Pizza » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Blaze Pizza » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Blaze Pizza app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Blaze Pizza servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Blaze Pizza" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Blaze Pizza app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Blaze Pizza might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Blaze Pizza. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Blaze Pizza then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Blaze Pizza not working


2. Fix Blaze Pizza Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Blaze Pizza be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Blaze Pizza not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Blaze Pizza may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
