I'd also like the option to edit tip, or tip afterwards for times when delivery person doesn't ring doorbell as instructed to let me know my pizza is sitting outside!"Please restart your app to use online ordering feature." I've continued to get this message anytime I want to order using the app.
2. I thought that my store was just running out of certain toppings at first, then I saw the option to build my own pizza disappear; then large pizzas disappeared from the menu.
3. This is a hot mess! Fix IT!!!! or get rid of the rewards or be transparent and help the customers by responding to the emails or text messages.Can't add a party of one (one topping 11 inch and drink) to order.
4. You cant order "extra spinach", or specify dipping sauce on the side vs on the pizza.
5. Not sure if it has to do with the location or something, but when you attempt to add it to your order, all you get is a message pop up saying: "SO CLOSE! A few more things while we heat up the oven:".
6. The cards for the rewards don't work, if the app doesn't work! There is no way to contact any person in charge of your tech support.
7. I have to go through the list of states & cities to find my location each and every time I order.
8. EDIT: Same thing happens on the website, doesn't anyone QA test anymore??The redesign is great on nearly every level.
9. If it allows you to pick another time (not always the case) you might have to bump your delivery time up by several hours.Won't allow me to log in or upgrade.
10. I try to upgrade/migrate my account, which is another option, and I get a message saying my email has already being used.
11. I also got an error saying I couldn't get delivery the one time I tried.
