1. I want to change my vehicle type , it's been a one week and still they are not respondingAbsolutely a terrible app first it take 3 months for me to get paid now everytime I sign on it says expected delivery in 300 minutes seriously get 0 orders after being on line for hours that makes no sense to meApp was good to me before this update but now I can't even get 2 deliverys a day, I'd be lucky if I even get 1 it's badAccount locked, please contact manager... Where the hell do I contact that? There is no option.

2. Edinburgh have worst one.They lock my account without reason, said that I need to contact regional manager but there's no way to contact cs because they don't have any cs email nor phone numberFrom last 3 weeks i haven't received any single order.

I'm loving to use the app 🤗 2 suggestions for implement/improve the experience for e-bike drivers: - When I click to open the Maps, it goes directly to the navigation with car and my cellphone took some delay to open, sometimes my cellphone (Redmi 9, Android) blocked a little bit my screen until fully open the navigation.

1. Fix DeliveryPanda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DeliveryPanda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DeliveryPanda App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DeliveryPanda" » Open DeliveryPanda » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DeliveryPanda » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DeliveryPanda app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DeliveryPanda servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DeliveryPanda" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DeliveryPanda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DeliveryPanda might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DeliveryPanda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DeliveryPanda then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DeliveryPanda not working

2. Fix DeliveryPanda Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DeliveryPanda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DeliveryPanda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DeliveryPanda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
