1. update: improvements are being made!Does everything it needs to and does it well! However, I have run into one bug - I think when I selected to have an order delivered at a future time, that value was saved, so when I went to set an order for a future time in April, I was only able to select days from March.
2. Either use browser or just pick another app for something else.Much better! We tried to use the app in the past but it said we were outside of the delivery area, even though there is a location 2 miles away that delivers to our neighborhood (we just had to call on the order because the app wouldn't work.) now the app allows us to place the order which is way more convenient.
3. Hire a ux designer to get it sorted out.It's a bit difficult to work with, especially when trying to order a split pizza or when you want to choose both of something, instead of one or the other.
4. Still missing notes, tried in instructions at checkout but they didn't read it right and messed up the order.
5. Needed to leave a note about the wings, but couldn't as it was missing, so canceled order and had to use a browser.
6. I got the order finished but it took multiple tries.Frustrating process.
7. If you accidentally close out of the app before completing the order, it empties your cart and you have to start all over.
8. Had to cancel order and start over to switch addresses.
9. But, it's hard to find the menu if you're already starting to order from a previous order.
10. Also, there should be an option to choose multiple dipping sauces for wings.It's missing the option to add notes like the website.
11. I understand this is a local chain, but if they had better online order functionality I would order more often.
