MangoTV Customer Insights

1. While the mobile viewer is amazing the subtitles feature doesn't work ,it doesn't read the phone settings and it makes all the great videos inaccessible to non Chinese speakers.

2. How to unlock my account?! I still have a year subscription.not satisfied with the app...most of it cannot watch without VIP..and even with VIP, if i download the videos, subtitles are not available offline1.

3. The content is good but the feature screen and other category pages doesn't show any shows sometimes so you need to remember shows just to search for it.

4. Feeling like I was scammed.why charged me when I didnt purchase VIP subscription on today? It was not the first time I encountered this type of problem! Previously I have been double charged on the VIP subscription that I purchased!Changed phone.

5. I really want to like it but I might need to cancel my subscription if it continues to be like this.I paid for VIP in Sept 2022 and have not been able to use it.

6. The app looks great but can't watchful any content since it's majority VIP.My account was charged for VIP subscribtion but then it kicked me out.

7. How odd!It'd really buggy, the cast function of the app doesn't show subtitles.

9. Edit: I've decided to re rate the app as I've finally been able to find the show I wanted.

11. However, please fix the user login system! I tried logging in through both SMS and account and neither worked.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MangoTV Issues

1. Fix MangoTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MangoTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MangoTV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MangoTV" » Open MangoTV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MangoTV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MangoTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MangoTV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MangoTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MangoTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MangoTV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MangoTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MangoTV then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MangoTV not working


2. Fix MangoTV Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MangoTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MangoTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MangoTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I want to unsubcribe this account because i cant afford it anymore. I have been doing help and feeback regarding the membership issues for two times, and yet i still not get any answer from it. I want to unsubribe since last month, unfortunately i have been charge for another month. I hope you can settled my issue as sson as possible, and also hoping for no more payment been charge after this. Hope you can help me regarding the unsubscribe process, because i have been everything and still not found the solution for this matter.
