1. While the mobile viewer is amazing the subtitles feature doesn't work ,it doesn't read the phone settings and it makes all the great videos inaccessible to non Chinese speakers.
2. How to unlock my account?! I still have a year subscription.not satisfied with the app...most of it cannot watch without VIP..and even with VIP, if i download the videos, subtitles are not available offline1.
3. The content is good but the feature screen and other category pages doesn't show any shows sometimes so you need to remember shows just to search for it.
4. Feeling like I was scammed.why charged me when I didnt purchase VIP subscription on today? It was not the first time I encountered this type of problem! Previously I have been double charged on the VIP subscription that I purchased!Changed phone.
