Can you guys assist and can you guys provide a phone number to actually call, instead of waiting on an email.Tried to register a new account but when sliding the birthday month it kept reverting to February - the reviews are real... I'll try the website Edit: i actually reached out to the support email listed and got extremely helpful and kind assistance.

As an example, my account uses my cell number, and I know they have it in my account because I get a text lettimg me know my order has been placed, so why does it not recognize my cell number as the login for my rewards account? It often just hangs up when you open it, and many times when you are halfway through an order it just stops working.
3. But gosh darn it can be frustrating to use, to the point that I just give up sometimes and order from someplace else.App clears ordered if minimized and increases prices... There are too many issues with this app the first being that if you're in the middle of placing an order with the drop-downs for one of the meals, if you minimize it clears it completely and you have to redo everything.

However once I was ready to check out, it asked me to add a new payment method (obviously, modern technology is not powerful enough to preserve credit cards when transitioning to a new app), I switched to a different app for a second, and when I was back it lost my entire cart with two salads I have just spent 10 minutes building.
5. The only chirp I have is when you're signing up and they ask for your birthday, the scroll wheel style thing doesn't work correctly UNTIL you adjust the year that your born FIRST.
6. And if you switch apps for a minute, it forgets your order, empties your cart, and you have to start over.Honeygrow is great but the switch to this app and the new system is killing me.
7. For starters it doesn't recognize your rewards account even when using the proper information.
8. It turned out you have to set birth year FIRST on the wheel when registering, or ypu can't picka a month that's in the future in the default current year.
9. I can't manage my preferences because I can't log in, because for some reason it doesn't recognize my phone number.
10. For example, I can't place an order for pickup through it because it loads endlessly if I click the chicken option.
