1. My inventory tracking has become more complicated because I have meds inside the hero, and the rest of the 90day supply in a box beside the hero.Noisy during operation, but had worked well & been a great help.
2. I have 4 points for improvement: 1) To be able to snooze a med reminder from the app, for a certain amount of time, 2) To be able to change the reminder tone so my ADHD brain doesn't start just tuning it out, 3) To have an app for Fitbit, and 4) to be able to care for multiple people from one machine of there's enough room.
3. It happens when mom is out for a walk or shopping at times and walking her through the process of dispensing missed meds over the phone can be challenging🙄Great idea but the UI and app still need a lot of improvements.
4. Sometimes can be difficult to navigate, definitely something older patients need help from someone more tech savvy. The machine itself is super noisy, but I am on a lot of medications and it's such a pain doing that myself, even to refill a thing each week.
5. Such a huge help! Love it!Update: since my original feedback, Hero has turned to allowing an allotted time frame (which you can control).
6. Original post: It would be nice to be able to dispense meds even after the allotted time frame.
7. To check the inventory inside the hero, you have to select every med two or three click this could be in the list of meds.
8. I haven't been so compliant with my meds since I was a kid (and it was my adults' responsibility to keep track for me).
9. The machine also doesn't pick up all my medication properly and they did sent a replacement after going back and forth with customer service for a few weeks.
10. This machine helps out so much! It keeps track of all the medications, shows alerts, and even notifications when something is dispensed.
11. Ever! We have an epileptic in our home, as well as someone who takes sleep meds that have to be closely monitored, and I, myself, have dementia so remembering everyone's dosing times and quantities is a real challenge.
