1. Humorous download if you want to learn English professionally for child.Really good except for adds wanted to pay to get rid of adds but can't find a pay button otherwise such a great app but the adds suck big time.This is the best app for 3-4 years child kids.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn English » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn English - ABC to words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn English servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn English - ABC to words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn English app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn English might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn English. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn English then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn English not working
