1. and there's no proper navigation for you to go to and from different sections in the app, so if you go to a certain section in error there's no way to go back, you have to navigate from the main menu all over again.I initially thought that this app would be a great alternative to speak to a doctor without having to physically go through to your GP if you have a busy life, IT'S DEFINITELY NOT THAT!!! There is no other forms of communication besides sending your symptoms/questions into a queue and wait for them to answer, which in all cases is either pretty non-existent or so so late.

It keeps kicking my out when i want to log in, i have to log into the discovery app then go via the app into DRconnect, which is annoying, i also sent a doctor a message and the doctor is asking for more info and i have no idea how to reply, if there is a way to reply, could u make it more noticeable? I mean the app is not as user-friendly as it seems.

3. I never should've bothered cause I'm now just paying out of pocket for something that could've been sorted online 😒To ask a question to a real doctor you first have to search for a doctor by name or specialty.

4. I have restarted the app, phone and reinstalled the app but the answer is still loading after all of that.I do not recommend this DrConnect app at all - does not work - cannot connect to a doctor.

5. I have been unable to find any link to talk to a doctor - the link on the app goes to educational text answers.

9. Retrieving the answer to his question for the doctors has been loading forever.

10. When I do get an appt to speak to a doc, the appt is never kept by the doctor.

1. Fix DrConnect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DrConnect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DrConnect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DrConnect" » Open DrConnect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DrConnect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DrConnect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DrConnect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DrConnect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DrConnect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DrConnect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DrConnect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DrConnect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DrConnect not working

2. Fix DrConnect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DrConnect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DrConnect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DrConnect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
