1. Find a solution for this.The app is almost never working and for some reason it refuses to save my login details (which I never remember) so I have to go through the whole process of accessing my password app first to retrieve it which is so inconvenient.
2. It keeps loading even if you are on a fast fibre connection... It's an expedition!This app is meant to offer you quick and convenient access your discovery portfolio.
3. It's almost like no effort was put into UI/UX, and was just copied from some template.Discovery used to be known as a fintech leader but lately they are known as the creator of the Discovery Expedition app.
4. Not only do I experience problems getting into the site, but it's a mission to navigate your way on the site even when you get onto it.Horrible app! Your lastest update didn't fix bugs, it created new ones.
5. I have seen a few reviews expressing the same frustration for the same reasons and they are all met with a reply from discovery suggesting the ask discovery whatsapp option.

7. The automated responses are terrible and when I chose the "chat to a person" option nothing happened.I have tried several times to open an existing registration on my new tablet.
8. You are forced to use the app for certain functions like syncing your data but it works when it feels like working and you cannot sync data from the website.
9. The user experience is awful with multiple (seemingly circular) redirects until you eventually (if you are lucky) find the section you're looking for.
10. If I quit Vitality, it'll be because of this app.Buggy. Latest version crashes with biometric log in (2023/06/26).
11. Not a very good experience and frankly shows the commitment to android.While they seem to have fixed the intermittent crashing, I still hate this app with a passion.
