Hauppauge myTV Customer Insights

1. So, it's impossible to even accesss the tuner device, even with firmware version 413 installed.the hardware and software is the worst says windows pc on box but it works till it crashes all the time just for ios and android biggest waste of time and money.

2. But then when trying to do a firmware update, the app hangs at 5% - even though the device has fully rebooted and green light is normal.

3. Once phone is connected to the Cordcutter WiFi, the app will not find the device.

4. Only way to find device was by putting Cordcutter on the wired Ethernet.
