1. Order groceries for convenient curbside pickup or home delivery.
2. We've taken your shopping list a step further.
3. Shop for groceries directly from your phone or tablet and pick them up at the store without ever getting out of your car.
1. We 'add to cart' but doesn't reflect over to the app? So what's the point? Add to list is pointless if we're shopping for pick up.I'm not sure why Harris Teeter had to change the functionality of the app.
2. Difficult to add things to a list from e-vic specials, my specials, etc and nothing is in order by department when I doThis new version of the app is absolutely horrible.
3. The new version is so hard to navigate and it drops items off the list or cart at random.
4. HORRIBLE! I used to love the Harris Teeter app before they changed the whole layout months ago, opening internet pages instead of being solely app based.
5. Shopping cart doesn't sort in any particular order so it's hard to tell if I have forgotten something.
6. You took a great app that you could have just improved upon and rolled out... This? It was so much easier before to look at the weekly ad and add things to my cart from there.
7. I could add things to my list and sort it by CATEGORY or AISLE to make finding things a breeze.
8. It is hard leverage past purchases, see what is in your cart, and the general navigation is terrible- kicking me out of the app just trying to get back to the previous screen and then having to log back in each time.
9. Harris Teeter was our favorite place to shop, but changing rules and an app that doesn't function well have killed the joy.
10. It's no longer possible to add items to different lists without going into the lists each time and changing the active one, then going back to the product to add it (at least I can't find a way).
11. As a footnote, I should point out that most grocery store apps are intended to get you to order for delivery or pickup.
