1. Google Maps and Waze work perfectly; whatever HD is using for nav is inferiorly optimized.Not tracking properly! App has been crashing, miles aren't being recorded.

2. Running in the background behind say Google maps or with the screen off it will approximate your total distance but not follow the route.

3. Also doesn't tell which direction upcoming turns are on custom made maps, just tells distance to next waypoint.

4. Do better.Terrible Map/GPS app - Each ride you have to fiddle with the set up and enable speed limits (minor inconvenience) but the navigation itself is terrible, the map zoom is too close to pre-empt any turnings and without any visual instructions you dont know which exit you're leaving on a roundabout until you're already on it.

5. Creating rows in the app is easy enough but Waze or Google Maps is easier and better.Navigation is useless.

6. I don't want to zoom in and spend hours attempting to find the locations! Why can't I simply type in a second address?? Newest issues are: unable to put in a destination by searching, you MUST locate it and use the + button.

7. Looking to get a phone mount so I can use Waze or Google Maps.

8. the online store also takes a long time to load and doesnt load fully the first time, you get a bunch of rotating dots after you scroll through about a quarter of the page, that's when everything loads.

9. Route doesn't track sometimes, and when it does track it will only stay accurate if it's the "front" app with the screen on.

10. If you move about the map, the final destination changes to where ever the cross/selection circle is sitting.good idea in theory,doesn't work well at all.

11. Every single time I've connected to my bike with this app for navigation, it either freezes or loses connection within minutes of riding.

1. Fix Harley-Davidson Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Harley-Davidson: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Harley-Davidson App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Harley-Davidson" » Open Harley-Davidson » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Harley-Davidson » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Harley-Davidson app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Harley-Davidson servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Harley-Davidson" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Harley-Davidson app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Harley-Davidson might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Harley-Davidson. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Harley-Davidson then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Harley-Davidson not working
