Why should I report an Issue with Handy Library - Book Organizer?

1. NO instructions ANYWHERE.This app is AWESOME! I have a book shelf with squares so it is easy to list where each book is located.

2. I tried manually adding a series name and volumes to each book in a series, but they still aren't ordered correctly.

3. I have book shelves in various rooms and whish I could seperate each book shelf by location ie Home/Office then where it is on the shelf.

4. I've encountered an interesting quirk when searching for a book and then adding it to one of my book shelves.

5. Sometimes the scanner doesn't read or brings up the wrong book, but a simple search usually brings them up.

9. It would also be great if we could have a secondary sort as well, such as author and then series.Liking what I'm seeing thus far with custom shelves and the ability to add comments.

10. I really wish that there was a way to choose from different covers when it brings up the wrong art for your book instead of having to take a picture.

11. I had a different app years ago (that seems to be no longer available) that would automatically and properly order the books in a series.

1. Fix Handy Library Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Handy Library: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Handy Library App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Handy Library" » Open Handy Library - Book Organizer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Handy Library » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Handy Library - Book Organizer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Handy Library servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Handy Library - Book Organizer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Handy Library app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Handy Library might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Handy Library. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Handy Library then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Handy Library not working

2. Fix Handy Library Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Handy Library be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Handy Library not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Handy Library may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
