1. The most prominent issue is that when I click to search the compendium (and after waiting for the mandatory download of any new database additions which is ridiculous as well), I start to type a word and it auto adds a ton of extra random letters after the first few inputs.

2. Also when typing to search specific compendium items, it inexplicably inserts double letters (VINO becomes VVINNOO) making it useless.I am not entirely sure what changed.

3. Every time I type a letter in the search engine, it rewrites the previous letters.

4. It is impossible to search.DOES NOT WORK! The app will load to the main screen but no conent is being displayed, search engine also not working.

5. The app used to be a great tool for me, but for the last month or so it has been failing to meet any expectations.Error in the search engine (Android).

6. Example - I want to type "ALBARINO" and start with A-L-B- and as soon as I hit the next A, it inputs a string of random letters.

7. After paying 100 pounds and sending them emails about the broken app, no reply and I still can't access the App.App pauses to download update everytime i open it.

8. Not useable.Downloads update automatically every time i open it (wine laws don't change that often), should just offer an option to do it yourself when one is available.

9. Boondocks spots and campgrounds.downloaded this app and cant get past the sign it screen .I dont have an account yet but wants an email and passwordJust bought service.

1. Fix GuildSomm Compendium Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GuildSomm Compendium: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GuildSomm Compendium App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GuildSomm Compendium" » Open GuildSomm Compendium » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GuildSomm Compendium » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GuildSomm Compendium app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GuildSomm Compendium servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GuildSomm Compendium" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GuildSomm Compendium app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GuildSomm Compendium might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GuildSomm Compendium. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GuildSomm Compendium then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GuildSomm Compendium not working

2. Fix GuildSomm Compendium Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GuildSomm Compendium be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GuildSomm Compendium not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GuildSomm Compendium may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
