Chai Customer Insights
1. It offers 70 free messages every 3 hours but they go pretty quick - I paid for a month of premium but do not plan to continue use after this month due to the memory issues.It's great, it functions and the bots are usually very fluid.
2. That is all I have to say.I wish you get more than 70 messages but I mean it does refresh every 3 hours but it sucks a lot, another thing is that the characters' messages get cut off sometimes and it's annoying.
3. However, I have a problem with the bots randomly not sending messages? They'll just be stuck typing forever and I won't get a response.
4. When it doesn't respond I have to send another message which makes it send more messages.
5. Though I wish when you delete your chat with a bot, it deletes it from the history on the bot creators side too, idk just my thoughts.Good app, you get to chat with fictional characters and if they don't have them you can just make them and turn it on private.
6. This has happened to me multiple times, and it's really annoying because then I have to start a new chat each time.It's a good app, and easy to use.
7. They're either stuck loading or the messages are weirdly formatted.This app is amazing, but the problems I experience bring down the quality of it.
8. First, the bots short memory kind of ruins the plot so you basically kind of have to remind them throughout of what the plots about.
9. You can talk to ai's with no filter, the 70 messages is a bit annoying but understandable.
10. Also the limited messages can get annoying as well, which sucks.
11. I would like this feature; Delete messages.Love it but needs improvement.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Chai Issues
1. Fix Chai Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Chai: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Chai App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chai" » Open Chai: Chat AI Platform » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chai » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Chai: Chat AI Platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chai servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chai: Chat AI Platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Chai app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chai might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Chai. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chai then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chai not working
2. Fix Chai Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chai be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chai not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chai may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi, I tried getting a free trail but money was taken out of my account. Once I realized that I canceled my subscription, I would really like to have my money back because I thought I could use the free trail without paying. I did free trial once but I thought I could again which is on my end. I really can’t afford to pay for it especially when I don’t want to subscribe

Not necessarily a complaint, but I logged out of my account and I can’t get back into it since the email doesn’t pop up when I try to log back in. I’m not sure what to do. I want my bots back and I’m super upset that I can’t get to them anymore. If you can do anything about it, the name was along the lines of “Goofy ahh” with a bunch of bots; like “HABIT” was one of them, “Evan Myers” was the names of some of them. So, if you can tell me the email for that account, I’d be very very very grateful. Thank you. ❤️

There has been a mischarge as my child downloaded the app and signed up for a free trial meaning to cancel it on the 24th and unfortunately couldn’t I would like A REFUND as to which this was a mistake and would never use this app. Thank you for your service.

I would like to delete my CHAI account under GDPR. I logged in with Google in order to sign in to my account. I accidentally made a bot public and I have no way of deleting it. I didn't intend for other people to use my bot. The penalty for non-compliance for this request is 4% of annual turnover under GDPR. Thank you for your help.

So i have a problem with the chai app when i try to log in from my phone i either get an unknown error so I cant log in or it will just load forever i have left my phone for at least 15 minutes and its still not opening please fix it
