1. Fix Cincinnati Comic Expo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cincinnati Comic Expo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cincinnati Comic Expo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cincinnati Comic Expo" » Open Cincinnati Comic Expo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cincinnati Comic Expo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cincinnati Comic Expo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cincinnati Comic Expo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cincinnati Comic Expo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
