1. As you the smart queue this is the response I got from them "We'd suggest you book the Smart queue using a computer, laptop, or a compatible smartphone, If you cannot download the app."!!! 4. The fact that is not compatible with Samsung S7 and S8, shows that you didn't understand the concept of sustainability, those phones are in perfect condition but I need a newer one to download this app, completely senseless.1 star for this update.

5. I've been to Expo several times already and the app worked just fine, but now it doesn't show my Season Pass ticket in spite of repeated attempts at linking it.

6. Favorites only shows what you marked, but is not possible to view full list of events to mark new favs, the app closes and you are stuck with what you marked the 1st time.

7. You need to search for the pavilion only from the map tab to view its location.

8. Loading the tickets to show to security is slow (I just made a screenshot of the ticket page and put shortcut on my desktop, works way better).

9. 'Create journey' never allows to create journeys.In the search field, I cannot enter any kind of text.

10. Un reliable, tried using smart que, but kept having error network offline even though we had internet connection.

11. Tickets and smart que should be much quicker to access than the current version where it takes about a minute, And hidden inside.
