Why should I report an Issue with myLife?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of oponion to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Please provide manually calender so I can use it for my study purpose also ( history timelines!) Right now I need to go by thousands click for selecting that year and month! Please provide little home button too, because whenever I scroll up or down than whenever I need to check present day, I need to do complusory scrolling and scrolling!It worked as described for the first 30 minutes.

I uninstalled it and we'll look for something else.simple and usefulEasy to use very helpful satisfiedfreezes alot!! terrible!Will it ever have Google Calendar import?I know you're going for simplistic approach but please make it possible to just double click on the exact time you want to make the event.

3. Couldn't you make different days or moths different colours? Zooming in rapidly sometimes makes me feel like I'm no longer in the day that I picked I have to zoom out to double check.Please make it change direction to down going up or left going right.

4. Needs lots of improvements to be more user friendly.I choosed this app over others because I liked the design and the layout, although app crashes on my Samsung Note 8 every couple minutes I launch it.

5. I would love to pay for the app if it had a horizontal layout option while rotating screen, homescreen widgets and font size and style editor.

6. Also if you can backup or export save because the worst thing to happen is to have loyal daily fans wake up to an erased timeline which i see in other apps.

7. On mine it pulled every photo possible, so there was loads of photos from other dates, totally unrelated.

8. This app has a good potential but need to be retested on Samsung devices.

9. The most annoying thing about making a new event is setting the time.

10. The pulling photos from a specific date is nice if it worked properly.

1. Fix myLife Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart myLife: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the myLife App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "myLife" » Open myLife » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for myLife » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear myLife app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from myLife servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "myLife" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check myLife app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, myLife might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall myLife. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall myLife then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing myLife not working

2. Fix myLife Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make myLife be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to myLife not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, myLife may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
