Why should I report an Issue with ActiFry?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of SEB to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. On the box that my Actifry Genius came in, it was implied that the app is ... useful? I would find this app more useful if: it allowed users to contribute recipes, had a wider variety of recipes, had tips and tricks or an accessible PDF of the manual, and/or let you activate your Actifry remotely.

2. I think it's supposed to do more, but Samsung S8 noThe terms and conditions are ridiculously long - are the recipes that bad that I'll need to sue Tefal? The app kept asking me to sign up - but despite having worked in IT support for many years, I was unable to do so.

3. When I managed to find the recipes I thought they looked like they'd come out of a 1980's cookbook (possibly written for American tastes), I'm struggling to find a recipe that I'd consider using.

4. the instructions not agreeing - - and please, please, convert the 0.2lbs etc., weights into grams.. More Single Item instructions for various meats, fish etc., would be appreciated! The actual machine is excellent indeed ...When I bought the activity genius XL, I wasn't to sure about what the recipe's would be like ( easy or difficult).

5. Why couldn't you just update the content on the original version rather than change it completely?This is basically a recipe app, but it doesn't have many recipes; those that it does have are frequently poorly rated.

6. There are many recipes to be found on a Google search so it's disappointing to see only a tiny fraction on the app.Only 3* as recipes haven't been checked concerning the ingredients v.

7. Yes, my filters are clear, if there are more recipes in other countries, which countries have them? Please don't give me a copy and paste response.There is a setting to pick a language.

8. I bought this in good faith I'd have access to an extensive catalogue of 200+ recipes.

9. Why do I need a news section - especially when there was "No available news"? I was unable to access the My Universe section (as I was unable to sign up), but suspect there will be nothing there that I need.

10. I will rate this 5 Stars when the 300 recipes that were advertised are available.

1. Fix ActiFry Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ActiFry: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ActiFry App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ActiFry" » Open ActiFry » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ActiFry » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ActiFry app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ActiFry servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ActiFry" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ActiFry app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ActiFry might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ActiFry. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ActiFry then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ActiFry not working

2. Fix ActiFry Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ActiFry be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ActiFry not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ActiFry may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
